my parents prepare party for me most of the time. whatever of the matter dont discernment rattling good. i was wondering does this change the nutrition?

Of course not! Some unhealthy foods can taste good or bad and vice versa with the healthy food.
my personal rule of thumb is, the better it tastes, the worse it is for you. but seriously, that is a good question. maybe some vitamins and minerals taste ok and some don’t, cooking alters nutritional value sometimes too.
Taste doesn’t affect nutrition, but overcooking can affect the taste. There are some cooking techniques that can rob food of nutrients, too.
If you don’t care for your parents’ cooking, why don’t you go to the library and check out a cookbook and see what you can do? Maybe you can get them to trade off and let you cook one or two nights a week.
When my children lived at home, I didn’t get home until nearly 7:00 PM. My husband didn’t cook, so they were all pretty hungry by the time I arrived. In self defense, my daughter learned to cook. She would have supper ready when I got home. I really appreciated that.
Since she and I both liked to cook, we would plan the menu together. Sometimes I would pre-prepare most of the meal (I loved to use the Make-a-Mix Cookbook). All she had to do was put the ingredients together and warm them up. As she got older and more experienced, she did more recipes from scratch.
Now she’s grown and a mother herself. Her children are 8 and 10 and already learning to cook.
For some reason, veges are not a common favourite food for kids or young adults. The taste of food does not affect its nutrional value. In fact, for most kids, the worse it tastes, the better it is for you.
Perhaps indirectly – if it tastes bad, you won’t eat much.
